Standard Dropship Setup

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THIS SERVICE, YOU MUST COMPLETE A 1-on-1 PRIOR TO THIS SERVICE BEGINNING. If you have not signed up for a drop ship 1-on-1 that includes vendors list and information, please either include in with this purchase or make that purchase 1st. This service will NOT be completed until you have had a 1-on-1. **The current turn around time for website set-ups is 6-8 weeks. Please be prepared for portions of the dropship setup to be done behind the scenes and not completed all at one time. Gathering specific product information is customized to each website, therefore some set-ups will take longer than others.**

Interstellar Cre8tions provides different packages for drop shipping product services. There are Two Package Offers Available.  If you need a package that includes more products than we offer, a custom package can be put together for you at the rate of $79.99 per 10 items.

THIS Standard Service includes up to thirty (30) products using up to five (5) of our approved drop ship vendors.

One Time Fee Package Options

Basic and Standard Options are self- run options. You will choose the vendors you would like to work with off of the vendor lists made available by Interstellar Cre8tions.  You will select the vendors and make notes on what product types you would to include on your website. Interstellar will add the maximum number of products to your store based on the package you select. 

If you chose to use SyncLogic with any of your vendors, there is an additional $20 fee added to your package price. 

You will be responsible for maintaining current products on your site and handing all drop ship ordering with the vendors. 

If Using SyncLogic

1) The vendor may charge a monthly fee to be paid to the vendor directly 

2) Vendors will send an invoice to you that must be paid immediately for orders placed thought your website. Failure to pay invoices in a timely fashion will delay the fulfillment of your customer’s order and could result in removal from the vendors SyncLogic service. 

Interstellar Cre8tions does NOT guarantee increased store traffic or sales.  We only handle the drop ship vendor/ product portions included in the package purchase. No additional marketing will be done on your behalf by Interstellar Cre8tions. It is your responsibility to manage the daily tasks within your store and to promote the drop ship products.

After the purchase of this package, You will be emailed a form to fill out to choose your vendors and product types. We will go over your vendors/products during your 15 minute zoom consultation. Failure to submit form 24 hours prior to the start of your zoom session may result in your session being rescheduled. 

RESCHEDULING/CANCELATION POLICY

Please note all zoom meetings occur on Central Time. Failure to show up for a zoom meeting results in the following:

Zoom meetings many be rescheduled one (1) time if notified at the email admin@interstellarcre8tions within 24 hours of the zoom meeting. Failure to email prior to the 24 hour time frame will result in a $10 rescheduling fee prior to the rescheduling the service. 

If a zoom meeting must be rescheduled a second time, due to the fault of the customer,  an email must be send prior to the 24 hours of initial rescheduled zoom and a rescheduling fee of $20 must be paid prior to rescheduling for a second time. Failure to email 24 hour prior to the start time me results in forfeiture of the purchase of the zoom session and the drop ship site will be set up to include items included on the form sent to you for this purchase.
