What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time will be up to 10-21 business days including shipping and we strive to have them out faster. During holiday rush times this is subject to change. From November 15th through December 31st, our production time increases 4-6+ business days. Most orders will ship before the 5th business day, but you should prepare for the increased production time due to the increased volume we experience. The production timeline for Bulk Orders of $200+ is 7-10+ business days When products are posted, we are very open regarding our turnaround time. Please remember these items are handmade and do require a little time to create.

We ship via USPS Package Service. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Priority and UPS are available at an additional cost.
